Whitney is it’s swiss army knife, with over a decade of industry experience including a Master's Degree in Architecture, a New York Real Estate Salesperson license, and a professional pedigree from some of NYC's top Interior Design, Architecture and General Contracting firms. Whitney diligently immerses herself in every project she takes on, bringing an exquisite attention to detail and a personal and imaginative style that's often missing in quick-fix business today.

Hydra Projects advises and consults on complex residential construction endeavors, acting as the Owner’s eyes, ears, and boots on the ground. As Owner’s proxy, Hydra adds an extra layer of oversight, ensuring that the builder, subcontractors, design team, and consultants are on-task and working in concert. Hydra holds the full project team accountable and drives the decision-making process forward on pace with the construction budget and schedule.

Hydra attends site meetings, relays progress, red flags issues, and prioritizes items that require Owner input to prevent delays. Hydra remains focused on the Owner’s priorities and directives, catching balls that are dropped, finding savings wherever possible and avoiding change orders and ballooning costs. 

Hydra strives to pay for itself through time and stress saved, and by dint of a more focused and efficient construction process.
